Flexibility
One of the most attractive benefits of filling staffing needs with temporary employees is the flexibility it provides businesses. KO Staffing offers short-, mid- or long-term contracts. This allows our business partners to redistribute skill sets according to present business demands. As your business demands change, you are able to easily refocus resources and redesign your workforce. In addition, our business partners have the option of declining an assigned employee for any reason within the first half-workday at no charge.
KO Staffing also offers Temp-to-Perm options through which our business partners may hire temporary assignments they determine to warrant permanent retention.
Security
In today's environment of heightened security at all levels and within all sectors of our society, it is essential that U.S. businesses have confidence in the credibility of their employees. KO Staffing ensures our business partners that each temporary employee placed within their business is a U.S. Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident or Legalized Alien. We perform Reference Checks on all our placements, and Background Checks when required by the position. Our employees arrive at your worksite having undergone any necessary Drug Screening, when required, and possessing all required state and federal Accreditations (e.g. equipment licensing). OSHA- and HAZMAT-approved employees are available, as well.
KO Staffing is fully licensed, bonded and insured. We are an accredited member of the American Staffing Association.
Convenience and Responsiveness
Temporary staffing eliminates one of the most time- and resource-consuming aspects of business operations - employee administration. KO Staffing removes that burden by doing it for you. The temporary workers placed within your business remain employees of KO Staffing. We handle their payroll, including taxes, workman's compensation and unemployment insurance.
Filling your temporary staffing needs through KO Staffing is easy, as well. Our business partners may at any time place orders and request invoices, rate quotes and documentation (e.g. time sheets) on-line.
We will fill your staffing requirements both quickly and properly. In some cases, this may take no more than a day; in most, our commitment to providing you with only fully qualified employees requires a slightly longer search process.
